Peak Pressure – Terms of Service

Welcome to Peak Pressure. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth experience for both sides.

1. Services We Provide

Peak Pressure offers a range of exterior cleaning services including:

  • Driveway & patio cleaning

  • Gutter clearing & cleaning

  • Brickwork, pathways and exterior surface cleaning

All work is carried out using professional-grade equipment and industry-standard methods.

2. Booking Process

You can book through our website, by phone, email, or messaging.

Once confirmed, your appointment is scheduled in our diary.

We may request photos or a short video to provide an accurate quote.

3. Pricing & Quotes

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • Prices are based on the information you provide and/or on-site assessment.

  • If the job differs significantly when we arrive, we will confirm any price adjustments before starting.

4. Cancellation Policy

We fully understand things come up — we just ask for notice where possible.

Customer cancellations

  • Cancelling with 48 hours’ notice: no charge.

  • Cancelling within 24 hours or not being home when access is required may result in a £25 call-out fee, depending on travel/time already spent.

Rescheduling

  • You are free to reschedule your appointment at any time, Just make sure its 48 hours or more before the scheduled date and time

  • We will always try to accommodate a new date that suits you.

Cancellations by Peak Pressure

We may need to reschedule due to:

  • Unsafe weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Safety concerns

  • Circumstances outside of our control

If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and rearrange without charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete the work safely and efficiently, customers must:

  • Provide access to the property

  • Ensure vehicles, furniture or obstacles are moved where possible

  • Inform us of any fragile areas, loose pointing, damaged gutters, or surface issues

  • Ensure pets and children remain away from the work area

We cannot accept liability for damage caused by undisclosed pre-existing defects.

6. Water Supply

We can use:

  • Your outside tap

  • Our onboard water tank

  • Or a combination of both

If no water supply is available and no prior notice was given, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

7. Softwashing & Chemical Use

Some treatments require solutions such as sodium hypochlorite.

We take all necessary precautions to protect plants, surfaces and surrounding areas.

Customers must keep children and pets away from treated areas until we confirm it is safe.

Minor plant discolouration is possible where chemicals are required — this is not considered negligence if correct procedures were followed.

8. Pre-Existing Damage

Exterior cleaning can reveal defects that were previously hidden under moss, dirt or algae. This may include:

  • Cracks

  • Loose mortar or pointing

  • Faded spots

  • Worn surfaces

  • Poor previous installations

Peak Pressure is not responsible for deterioration that already existed but was not visible prior to cleaning.

9. Weather Conditions

Some services cannot be carried out safely during:

  • Heavy rain

  • Frost

  • High winds

  • Extreme cold

If weather affects the job, we will reschedule at no cost.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept bank transfer, cash, or invoice payments.

  • Overdue invoices may incur late fees if repeatedly unpaid.

11. Photos & Media

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing.

We will never share, names, or anything identifying the customer.

If you prefer no photos, please tell us before we begin.

12. Liability

Peak Pressure holds public liability insurance suitable for exterior cleaning.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing issues

  • Damage due to fragile or poorly built surfaces

  • Cosmetic changes on very old or heavily stained surfaces

  • Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or access limitations

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is anything you are unhappy with, let us know within 48 hours.

If it is something we missed, we will return and correct it free of charge.
